Yes, Lightroom Mobile is compatible through Lightroom Desktop sync. First, install the XMP presets on Lightroom Desktop using your Adobe Creative Cloud account. Once installed, the presets should automatically sync with Lightroom Mobile, as long as both apps are updated and connected to the same Adobe account.
